Toffee, Peach and Peanut Butter!

 

Begin by whipping up whatever is your favorite recipe for OMM muffins made with protein powder.
Top this with reconstituted powdered peanut butter (I add a couple pinches of salt and 2 packets of sweetening). Next ice with sugarless Peach Preserves. Voila!

Protein Flax Bread

 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Whey

1 TB Flax Seed any

1 Scoop about a quarter cup of water

1 tsp of baking soda

Combine

Place in greased baking paper lined pan 

Braise on top of stove or oven bake

Using appropriate temperature safe pan

About 8 minutes or so.

Folded.

Bubbly, not quite done.

You can slice this horizontally into layers or cut into rectangles or squares as is or both and fill as desired. Use a serrated knife to keep the best shape possible.
Butter, jelly, salad, thick soup, peanut butter, reconstituted powdered peanut butter, cheeses, ham, et cet..

Olives, peaches, pizza fillings.

This tastes almost like white wheat specialty loaf.

Protein
Cakes

2 scoops
1 Jumbo egg
1/2 tsp. Soda
pinch of salt
Pack of sweetener
1/3 rd cup of water
  or 1/4 cup or add a TB of protein
Bake on Med 8 to 12 minutes til Golden

Gingerbread Dough


1/4 cup green banana flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp. Vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar equivalent
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 to 1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
Mix dry ingredients
Add 1/2 cup of water plus syrup
Plus enough water to make soft pliable
Firm Dough


You can use this for cut out cookies.
You can roll into balls and flatten before using the cutters on each mound
If you find that easier. The last of the dough can remain in uncut circles to have the shape of a Pitter Patter.
Baking can be done in an oven or on the stove in a dutch oven.
Butter some foil and line the pan you use with the foil. Bake until the cookies are firm around 12 minutes at medium.
Don't bake at high heat. If you like it crisper leave the heat alone and increase the time.

A Cherry and a Peach and Chocolate Crumble

Splenda Pie Cherries
Juice Pack Peaches
Coconut Flour Brownies
Cottage Cheese
Packets of Splenda
Cinnamon

The cookie crumbs

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 roundedTbs. Extra dark dry cocoa powder (Hershey's)
1 tsp. salt
Splenda equal to 3/4 cup of sugar
Butter Pam

Spray foil lined skillet with Pam.
Mix all and spoon mounds of dough onto preheated skillet (top of stove) Keep spaced 1" or so apart as you may want to flatten them a little for a shorter cooking time.
Bake in pan over medium low heat
until set 20 minutes or less
Turn over when set and bake in skillet another 10 or 12 minutes.
Remove from heat.

Assemble fruit - freezing the peaches partially before hand while assembling and making the skillet brownies.

Into a bowl or bowls if serving many, layer fruit, cheese and flavorings/sweetenings.
Take cooled brownie cookies and break one or so over each serving.

Peanut Butter Cup s

Melt 4 Squares Gh Dark Baking Chocolate (half the box)over heavy plate on burner in a glass pan or corelle dish adding powdered stevia and some erythrytol equal to 1/ 4 to 3/4 CUPS OF SUGAR. USE concentrated stevia. Dry in a smallish packsage.

Spray lightly the cupcake liners with cooUking spray.

When choco is meltet spoon into liners with tablespoon.
Coolcolate in ice box.

Prepae powdered nut butter with 3-4 pks of sweetener. 1 teaspoon of salt. 3-4 oz of peanut powder. 2 tbs of water adding a little more at a time keeping the peanut powder mixture thick and paste-y. Roll into 6 balls and then flatten these between plastic wrap matching the diameter to the muffin liners.



Place the paste in each chocolate based liner. One per reservoir.
Chill while melting 4 more squares og chocolate and 1/2 tsp of shortening.
Spoon thr fudge hard shell over the chilled set candy cups.
