Rich Peanut Butter Silk Pie

8-oz cream cheese
1/2 cup Natural PB
sweetener = 1 cups sugar
8-oz. Cool Whip plus a little more
1/2 cup milk lo-fat or skim or evaporated skim
Cream together everything but topping
Fold in topping
Put in 7" dish.
Frost with more topping.
Freeze.
Slice thinly and serve frozen.
Makes about 12-14 1 1/2 inch slices.

5 Weight Watchers Points for 1 1/2 in. sliver.
Contains fiber, mon-saturated fat greater than saturated fat, protein, vitamin E and calcium, not an empty calorie dish.

No crust-low-carb.
