Peanut Butter Cup s

Melt 4 Squares Gh Dark Baking Chocolate (half the box)over heavy plate on burner in a glass pan or corelle dish adding powdered stevia and some erythrytol equal to 1/ 4 to 3/4 CUPS OF SUGAR. USE concentrated stevia. Dry in a smallish packsage.

Spray lightly the cupcake liners with cooUking spray.

When choco is meltet spoon into liners with tablespoon.
Coolcolate in ice box.

Prepae powdered nut butter with 3-4 pks of sweetener. 1 teaspoon of salt. 3-4 oz of peanut powder. 2 tbs of water adding a little more at a time keeping the peanut powder mixture thick and paste-y. Roll into 6 balls and then flatten these between plastic wrap matching the diameter to the muffin liners.



Place the paste in each chocolate based liner. One per reservoir.
Chill while melting 4 more squares og chocolate and 1/2 tsp of shortening.
Spoon thr fudge hard shell over the chilled set candy cups.

Suddenly a Salad

Combine Broccoli Slaw with 1/4 cup water
1 toppling tsp of salt
Simmer until as tender as you like
Add 1Pack of Konjac Pasta




When warm drain excess water
Top with 1/2 to 1 slice of American cheese

Further dress this with 1 to 2 Tbs. Of Thousand Island and 1 pckt of sweetening equivalent
Finally add salad garnish of Bacon texturized protein of choice
