So Some Soy Spaghetti

Soy Noodles from Soy Flour [use about 1/3 of the noodle recipe for each recipe such as spaghetti or pasta salad, etc.]
Imitation Beef Crumbles from TVP aka textured vegetable protein at Amazon.com
Spicy Italian Spaghetti Sauce Mix from Walmart SuperStore 1 single recipe pkt
Diced canned tomatoes about 15z can
Seasoned Salt
One Pkt sweetening or a few drops of Stevia
A few paper thin slices of yellow onion ~ or as much as you wish

I roll the dough into ropes and boil like regular dried pasta, about 7 minutes or until it floats to the top.  Photo credits to Yikes no carbs @ yikesnocarbs.wordpress.com

For Your Pasta: I use 2 cups of soy flour, 3 large eggs and enough water to make a soft dough that will shape into ropes. I also add 1/2 Tb salt directly to the dough. It is about 1/2 cup of water. Also add about 1 Tb olive oil. Make the ropes about 1/8th an inch and about 7 inches long, they might break into 3-4 inch pieces but still are delicious.
I prepare the TVP by first fixing the sauce mix with hot water adding about 1-2 oz of TVP [1/4-1/2] cup until it is a thick consistancy. The sauce needs to be hot. I then let this sit a few minutes before adding the tomaotes and seasonings. You could also add chopped bell pepper regular or dried to this. It is very good.

You wont' use all the noodles for this. I freeze the excess noodles. I'm not positive of the calorie/carbohydrate count, but it is within reason comparatively. I just had some.

Zany Lasagna

Simple: Red Leaf Lettuce, mustard and processed American lo-calorie cheese. Yummy- tear the cheese into strips and make layers of the two main ingred. -top with the mustard. Also salt the outside leaves before eating better flavor and you won't miss the bread.

Protein Bundt and Silk Frosting

This is like 2 scoops of protein powder in chocolate, 2 TB of coconut flour, 1 TB olive oil, 1 tsp. coconut oil, 3 eggs and 1 cup of skim milk in a bundt pan sprayed with not stick coating, sweetened with a couple-four packs of individual packaged sweetener and some diet sugarless pancake syryp -- about 1 1/2 tb.
The frosting is a pack of reduced calorie cream cheese, 1 1/2 tsp guar gum, 1 1/2 Tb peanut butter, 2 Tb cool whip and 3/4 cup milk in the blender with 6 packages of  individually packaged sweetener 1 TB sugarless syrup and blended until marshmallow-y. Then you stir in about a cup of cool whip.

Fruit-a-ful

For the natural at heart, I suppose.

I haven't tried this other than the "Martha Stewart" sherbet recipe with berries, oj, banana and milk with sugar substiture. I don't think you can have the milk until after four though. The sherbet was slenderizing. Sugar free Mott's Apple products and juice packed pineapple seem slimming too. Like in 'eat all you want'. All the greens you want and fruit til four than --I don't know, I suppose one lean meat and a milk.

Float With Root Beer

5 oz can of evaporated milk
small mixer with two beaters
4 pkgs. of artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp or vanilla and caramel extract or to taste (.5 tsp ea.)
Diet Root Beer Soda Pop any Brand

Chill the milk in the refrigerator.
Open the can and beat the milk with the mixer in a medium size unbreakable bowl, preferably stainless steel to hold in the cold.
Beat until it fluffs and and looks like meringue with peaks, about 4 minutes or less.
Detach the beaters from the mixer if possible, leave in the bowl of whipped milk and place all in the freezer (except the mixer itself).
Chill in freezer 40-90 minutes.
Add sweetening and extracts. Beat again until fluffy breaking up the frozen edges and incorporating them into the ice milk.
Freeze again 30 to 60 minutes, like before with the beaters inside.
Whip one more time as before.
Freeze until serving for the float. You can also eat some now.

After frozen in about 3 hours you can spoon into glasses or mugs and top with Diet Root Beet.

It is SO GOOD.
