Jelly 'Doughnuts'

I am going to put together a 'donut' for a special treat.

This is a real yeast risen fillable donut ^

Here is some all fruit jam to place inside of the meringue shells, and finally the frosting--
Sugar Free Vanilla from Pillsbury. It only takes a little of each. The meringues can be large or petite and you can also make the meringue flat on the cookie sheet to roll up after spreading a thin layer of the fillings.

I would not use too much jelly, jam or frosting on delicate meringue shells.
