Fantasy Cherry Soft Serve

1 cup ice water
1 small banana frozen and quartered
1 tsp bulk sweet and low
1/4 tsp - 3/8 tsp cherry drink mix powder w/no sugar added
1 TB frozen sugar free pineapple juice concentrate
5 or more regular size ice cubes

Combine first five ingredients plus four ice cubes.

Eat alone or share with up to four people (including yourself).
Perfect with a tall spoon for eating right away.
Could be put in a cone.
The mixture should be about this color by just adding the right amount of powdered koolaide and quite thick similar to a DQ cone that will make slight mounds.

Jodhpurs

These are not that bad for jodhpurs, huh?
If you look like you are dressed for polo in regular leggings, although, it can be discouraging.
I tried to do hundreds of leg lifts as a teenager:
A.Make that thousands.
B.That made me gain an inch of something, I guess muscle but it looks like fat to me.
C.That exercise did not work.

To avoid suspense, we'll get on with a better alternative. I have had luck lifting and toning the thighs and other areas with barbells.
A.I didn't think that was that hard either.
B.The measurements did not get larger!
C.Hooray.

I like to do 10 to twenty repetitions of lifting to the shoulder or at least the waist and about fifty to eighty pounds.

The End.

Boyfriend Sundae

Butter Pecan Ice Cream--sugar free
Chocolate Syrup--sugar free Hershey's
Caramel Sauce--again sugar free caramels that 'r melted or if you can find a dietetic caramel or butterscotch, preferably caramel
Bowl

Cookie--Here we make a chocolate chip:

Once Upon A Time
one cup buttermilk dry form from Sego
sweet 'n lo bulk to equal 2/3 cup sugar
one stick margarine
one whole egg -large
2 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp salt-iodized
sugar free chocolate chocolate chips or chopped dove chocolates about one cup or 3 oz.
sugar free white chocolate chopped about 2 oz.

If you would like you could add slivered almonds or English walnuts, no strong nuts, about .5 cup.

Mix the butter, egg, sweet 'n low, soda and salt, add buttermilk powder, then add chocolates.

Drop onto wax paper lined baking sheet.
Bake 7-11 minutes depending on chewy or firm-shortbread-y desire, the chewy one takes a shorter time.
Makes at least thirty cookies, probably makes 40 or 50.
