Tuna Salad:
6 oz. can tuna fish
2 tb. mustard
2 1/2 Tb. Mayonnaise
1/2 cup water
2 hard cooked eggs
1 envelope cream of chicken cup'osoup
Chop all together -sprinkle soup mix on top
Add water,stir and chill~~
Divide into as many servings as you like...
at least two servings is a good choice
Equals; one fat, one main dish protein
